I was very impressed with the facilities provided on the “Disney Dream” cruise ship exclusively for teenagers. They have full use of a vast area of uber cool stuff:-
Teen Club – “Vibe”
An extensive indoor/outdoor space on Deck 5 created especially for guests aged 14 to 17. A “teen-only” swipe card provides access to the nearly 9,000 square feet space.
A fountain bar offers refreshments such as soda, juice and smoothies:-
The media room serves as the main room with video gaming and movie watching on a 103′ LCD screen with digital surround sound:-
Around the edges are built in oval wall pods designed as individual space for reclining and watching personal video screens or playing video games. Here I am demonstrating but not looking very cool:-
They are able to create and edit videos using the latest computer software. They can play games and access the onboard social media application at one of several computer stations in the lounge or via their own WiFi enabled device. Activities during the day might include a Wii competition or a make your own Zombie movie:-
In the dance club area, aspiring DJs can try their hand at spinning and mixing tracks. A colourful dance floor and video wall set the stage for dance parties. On a separate stage, teens can take the spotlight during talent shows, karaoke contests and dance competitions.
Outside, they have their own private deck area – a modern space that includes two wading pools, fountains, pop jets and misters fro cooling off:-

Tween Club – Edge
A loft- style lounge just for kids between 11 & 13 featuring a multitude of hi-tech entertainment. Notebook computers, massive video wall a dance floor, cinema screen and video karaoke are all available. You can also see the AquaDuck riders from the porthole as they zoom past.
Chill Spa for Teens
At the Chill Spa on the Disney Dream guests ages 13 to 17 can have spa treatments designed just for them – including facials, massages, body treatments, manicures and pedicures:-

Great info/pics on the Vibe! Anything on the Edge? I have a 13 year old daughter and is getting worried that the Edge won’t be that good. Thanks!
