Have just returned from a fantatisc trip on Samui Island, stayed at Rocky Beach in Lamai which is less busy than the party areas, great resort and great beaches. We hired a jeep for only 400 baht per day and would drive around Samui. So many great places to eat, our favourite restaurant was Thai Food Heaven in Chaweng Noi which had the most wonderful view over the beach, the staff was rather friendly and the food so yummy, we would go for sunset drinks. My girlfriend and I had a great time and will be back for New Year.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sure sounds interesting!

Now that's what I call a Parents Evening to be proud of. I was always a bit swotty at school but once a physics teacher said I was a "fly by night". My parents were so surprised they asked him if he was talking about the right child and embarrassingly repeated my name and got him to check his list.
Feeling hungry looking at that pasta bake - would pay 5 quid for that no problem.

Great news. I always tell my kids I don't really care what grades they get as long as they try their hardest and I don't hear a single teacher say "Should do better".

And you were ready to sell the children in aid of Haiti....!

Thankfully they do have their moments, well done to eldest boy, we recently had a similar evening with the youngest girl. I leaves you with a warm glow.

I am troubled by your youngest boy's maths. If he got you to make the cake and he stayed in bed and the cake was sold on the internet for £160, he would be quids in, and you would be knackered, as usual!
