Another year has gone by. That was frighteningly quick. Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could go back to that childhood feeling of time standing still. Of desperately wishing the next day, week, month, year would come. I stopped wishing my life away a long time ago. Now, it’s rushing by WAY too fast these days. Scary.
New Year’s Resolutions?
I found this swedish proverb recently – think it works well as a New Year’s Resolution message:-
“Fear less, hope more.
Eat less, chew more.
Whine less (or in my case ‘wine’ less),
breathe more, talk less,
say more, hate less,
love more and all good things are yours”.
HAPPY NEW YEAR all you lovely people out there – may 2013 be a good one.

Aw happy New Year to you too! I’m spending it quietly with lovely family. And then, yes, I’m giving up alcohol for January too. It killed me last year but I felt fantastic (and lost 8lb without trying!) x

This has been the fastest year ever. That’s a lovely proverb – perfect for a new year. I’m going to have to print it out though, or else I will have forgotten it by tomorrow. Happy New Year, Ali.
