Its obviously not her house and its an awful shame that she has lost her independence but she is safe, wonderfully cared for (and a whole lot closer to the rest of the family so she's more of us) They do say that life is a mountain - you progress upwards during your childhood and then back down again during your old age My Gran (94 this year) moved into a home 2 years ago after a really bad stroke.
