KIDS

My seven year old was telling me a story tonight. I wasn’t completely listening. He said “can you look me straight in the nostrils and listen to what I’m saying”.

Hi Lulu, haven’t forgotten about the instructions, but have to find them among my emails and the last week has been hectic – sorry.
Re: your friend – I was so angry that I confronted him and let him know that I would absolutely not let the children see him again until they felt ready to. They were so frightened about what his reaction might be!! In the end, and it took six months – he apologised to them (important that it was them he apologized to). They would only see him with me present for some time afterwards.
I think the most important thing is that her children should be absolutely sure that she is on their side and will not let him abuse them in that way – it is a clear abuse of trust! Anyway, best of luck, and I will find the destructions!! Margot xx
    PS. Love the nostrils!
PPS. Mine were 8 and 10 when it happened.
