Family Affairs and other matters

I felt it would be only fair to let my daughter write a review of our tour of the Neighbours set. She was the one who wanted to go and she is totally obsessed with the programme. She has written a far more positive report than mine. “The best day of my life so far!!!”. Bloody hell:-

“The best day of my life so far… I was so excited. Every minute worth doing. We learnt a lot about the show like how they want it to look hot the whole time and so they make the actors eat ice so that when they breathe you can’t see their breath. My mum was dreading it, she pretends that she didn’t care at all but she really did and she even enjoyed it. We first of all went to Erinsborough High School and it was an actual school. We then got a tour around the outside of the studios but that is not what usually happens on tour, we were lucky. We got to see Declan Napier’s car and I even got to sit in it!!! The back of studios had the mechanics which Steph Scully works in. We then saw the Red Back which was also very exciting!! We then went to the work famous Pin Oak Court a.k.a RAMSAY STREET. IT WAS SO EXCITING.. all the houses and seeing how small it actually was there are only 6 houses but they trick you by putting a 2 in front of each number. Next stop meeting a past or present star. It was Pippa Black who plays Elle Robinson. I was so happy she was one of my favourites, she had actually been in new york just like her character. I got pictures and a signiture, all very exciting”.
